Introduction

Ultrafine pulverizer that combines impact, cutting and particle-on-particle collision to produce fine powder with a controlled particle distribution. It is built for continuous operation on food, chemical, pharmaceutical and mineral materials.

A variable-speed feed and an adjustable classifier hold the top particle size steady while the grinding chamber runs at full load, so capacity, fineness and outlet temperature stay balanced. The unit can run standalone or as the grinding stage of a closed line with feeding, dust collection and screening.

Details

Grinding chamber

Impact hammers and a toothed liner act together with high-speed particle collision. The chamber is machined and balanced so the rotor keeps a constant gap, which keeps fineness repeatable over long runs.

Variable-speed drive

Rotor speed and feed rate are set independently. Raising speed shifts the particle distribution finer; lowering it protects heat-sensitive materials from temperature rise in the chamber.

Classifier and screen

A dynamic classifier rejects coarse particles and returns them to the grinding zone. Interchangeable screens set the maximum particle size when a sharp top cut is required.

Closed conveying and dust collection

The mill body runs under negative pressure. Discharge is conveyed pneumatically to a cyclone or pulse-jet filter, so dust stays inside the system and the working area stays clean.
